Duties: Architect and implement cutting-edge go-to-market strategies, utilizing advanced market analytics, competitive intelligence, and strategic foresight to deliver actionable growth recommendations tailored to diverse client segments and regional dynamics. Drive the strategic execution of global payments and initiatives for the Latin American (LATAM) region, leveraging deep expertise in international finance and cross-border payments to drive innovation and efficiency in cross-border transactions. Evaluate and seamlessly integrate emerging payment technologies, applying specialized knowledge to enhance service offerings and maintain competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving financial la ndscape. Collaborate with executive leadership to align sophisticated cross-border payment strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of global initiatives through strategic vision and coordination. Drive client engagement by presenting innovative solutions and industry insights on Cross-Border Payments, providing expert business recommendations to clients and the global clearing team. Represent the company at international corporate events, conducting in-person client visits and attending banking seminars to foster strategic relationships and enhance the firm's global presence. Deliver data-driven market insights, employing advanced analytical techniques to identify emerging trends that inform product enhancements, sales enablement strategies, and accelerate the sales cycle. QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Management Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Solutions Specialist, Banking Associate, Banking Officer, Banking Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Management Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Solutions Specialist, Banking Associate, Banking Officer, Banking Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: Leveraging correspondent banking relationships and cross-border payment systems within financial institutions including commercial banks, central banks, and multilateral development banks to optimize compliance in international transactions by improving payment processing workflows, reducing transaction times, and minimizing operational costs using Cross-border payment networks including Swift, and platforms including Bankers Almanac, and Correspondent banking; preventing financial crimes and safeguarding the integrity of the global financial system by adhering to international regulatory standards, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: designing and developing interactive Developing Excel and PowerPoint-based reports utilizing functionalities including LOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, and data analysis add-ins while performing data manipulation, data structuring, data flow design, and query optimization using Excel; Analyzing cross-border transaction processes, incorporating Latin American financial markets and evaluating macroeconomic and geopolitical factors including country GDP growth rates, policy, governmental shifts, political stability, monetary policy, tariffs, and the regulatory environment using Bloomberg data, and annual reports; Executing strategic initiatives in global payments and foreign exchange (FX), leveraging market insights to drive business growth; Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies by conducting market segmentation analysis and competitive intelligence, and leveraging data-driven pricing models using Excel; Aligning product offerings with market demands by conducting customer journey mapping, refining value propositions, and performing iterative product-market fit testing, while continuously monitoring key performance indicators and adapting positioning strategies in response to evolving competitive landscapes and regulatory environments using excel; Integrating and enhancing service offerings while maintaining a competitive edge through emerging payments technologies, including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and APIs; Applying analytical techniques including regression analysis, cluster analysis, scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to deliver market insights and identify emerging payments trends; Utilizing interactive dashboards and visualization tools including excel and PowerBI to analyze data; Conducting market analytics and competitive intelligence by applying data mining techniques including clustering for segmentation, regression analysis for predictive modeling; Synthesizing market analytics findings through finance dashboard visualizations; Benchmarking competitor performance on market signals to inform strategic decision-making, optimizing market positioning, and supporting scenario planning in industry environments; Designing and executing local and global sales campaigns by leveraging client segmentation strategies, performance and portfolio analytics, and product penetration metrics; Analyzing sales performance using interactive dashboards, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and business management reporting for assessing relationship profitability, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and tracking transaction volumes in Excel.
