• Manage a preferred panel of construction and facilities suppliers; qualify new contractors and oversee performance against cost, schedule, safety, and quality KPIs.
• Develop and maintain should-cost models for construction and MEP scopes; conduct independent cost reviews and challenge GC estimates.
• Lead procurement activities for the V2 facility ramp and future capacity expansion sites, including site preparation, utilities infrastructure, and building systems.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and subcontractor risks on active capital projects; maintain risk registers and escalate schedule or cost threats early.
• Establish VulcanForms' preferred contractor qualification program, insurance requirements, safety protocols, and supplier codes of conduct for the construction category.
• Support permitting, utility incentive programs, and local/state economic development negotiations in coordination with Legal and Finance.
• Define and deliver an annual savings and value roadmap for the category; report to VP Supply Chain and leadership on project pipeline and procurement milestones.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement, project management, or construction management experience, with at least 5 years managing construction or facilities categories at a senior or leadership level.
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing and contracting for major capital construction projects ($10M+ scope) in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of construction contract structures (AIA, NEC, lump sum, GMP), MEP systems, and utility procurement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent capital projects with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, finance, and operations.
• Financial acumen including capital budget management, cost estimating, and variance analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing general contractors and specialty subcontractors.
• Ability to operate independently and drive decisions in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing facility builds, cleanrooms, or advanced production environments.
• Familiarity with energy procurement, utility rate negotiation, and sustainability or energy efficiency programs.
• Prior involvement in site selection, economic development incentives, or municipal permitting processes.
• CPSM, CPM, CCM, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with ERP and capital project management systems (Epicor, Procore, or similar).
