Full Job Description
Location: Hybrid, Denver, CO

Position Summary:

We are building a world-class Global Campaigns function to drive integrated, full-funnel campaigns across its five strategic priorities. The Global Campaigns Specialist is the operational engine that keeps the campaign machine running - tracking assets, coordinating handoffs, pulling performance data, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a passive support role. The Specialist is the connective tissue between campaign strategy and execution - working closely with the Director, Program Manager, and senior campaign managers to ensure every campaign moves on time, on brief, and with the right people informed at every stage.

If you are someone who takes genuine satisfaction in bringing order to complexity, who notices when a deadline is at risk before anyone else does, and who wants to build deep expertise in how modern B2B campaigns are planned and executed - this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination
    • Maintain campaign production schedules in ClickUp - tracking every asset, deadline, and owner across active campaigns
    • Coordinate asset handoffs between Global Campaigns, Paid Media (Lauren), Email + Webinar (Chris), and Web (Mike)
    • Flag timeline risks early and escalate blockers to the Program Manager or Director before they impact launch dates
    • Support campaign intake - logging incoming requests, maintaining the campaign calendar, and keeping the RACI current
    • Assist with briefing coordination - formatting and distributing approved campaign briefs to channel owners
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
    • Pull weekly campaign performance data across paid, email, and web channels into shared dashboards
    • Maintain campaign reporting templates and ensure data is accurate and up to date ahead of weekly KPI reviews
    • Support the Director and Sr. Campaign Managers in preparing performance summaries and optimization meetings
    • Track campaign spend pacing and flag anomalies to the relevant channel owner
  • Operational Support
    • Own meeting logistics - agendas, notes, and follow-up actions for campaign review and optimization meetings
    • Maintain campaign documentation in SharePoint - briefs, production schedules, retro outputs, and asset libraries
    • Support the Program Manager in building and refining operational processes as the team scales
    • Assist with QA coordination - tracking review status across PMM, Brand, and channel owners before launch
  • This is a full-time, individual contributor role expected to work 40 hours per week, based in Denver, CO.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, program management, or a similar cross-functional role
  • Strong project management instincts - you track details without being asked, you build systems to manage complexity, and you follow through
  • Familiarity with project management tools - ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar; you learn new tools quickly
  • Comfortable working with data - pulling reports, maintaining dashboards, spotting anomalies in performance data
  • Experience working across multiple functions or stakeholders simultaneously - you know how to keep everyone aligned without constant escalation
  • Strong written communication - clear, concise updates, meeting notes, and status reports
  • Exposure to B2B marketing campaigns, demand generation, or integrated go-to-market a plus
  • Experience in enterprise software, infrastructure, or technical industries a plus but not required

Who you are:

  • You find satisfaction in making things run smoothly - the operational backbone, not the spotlight
  • You are proactive rather than reactive - you see what's coming and move to address it before it becomes a problem
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and good at creating clarity for others
  • You take ownership seriously - when something is yours, it gets done
  • You are curious about how campaigns work end-to-end, not just your piece of them
  • You work well in a fast-moving, build-phase environment where processes are still being established

What We Offer:

  • A great Team and culture - please see our colleague video.
  • An exciting career as an integral part of a world-leading software company providing solutions for architecture, engineering, and construction - watch this short documentary about how we got our start.
  • An attractive salary and benefits package.
