SummaryThe position is responsible for managing vendor contracts and supplier relationships, overseeing daily procurement support operations, leading team performance and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards. The position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and effective contract administration. Success in this role requires strong procurement and contract management expertise, leadership and coaching capabilities, analytical judgment, and effective communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities- Manage the full life-cycle of vendor contracts, including review, administration, renewal coordination, and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors to support service delivery, issue resolution, and continuous business partnership improvement.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors, evaluating performance metrics, business objectives, service levels, and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day procurement support operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient vendor-related processes and services.
- Monitor vendor performance against established service, quality, and contractual requirements, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Supervise assigned team members, including work allocation, prioritization, and oversight of daily activities.
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback to support employee development and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to talent development planning in alignment with department and company objectives.
- Ensure procurement activities and vendor management practices comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Identify and mitigate contract, operational, and vendor-related risks through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address vendor concerns, support business requirements, and improve procurement processes.
- Analyze vendor and operational performance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support management decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of procurement procedures and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and vendor performance summaries for leadership review.
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to procurement operations and vendor management.
- Up to 10% travel
Compensation Range$80,859 - $89,739 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & ExperienceRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of Logistics experience
- 1-3 management/supervisory experience
