GFF Finance Enterprise Partner

The Opportunity

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Partner with RDT-2/RDT-3 business functions, influencing and navigating to achieve strategic, operational, and financial ambitions, while translating numbers into actionable outcomes and business aspects into financials through strong storytelling.

  • Compliance & Process Awareness: Maintain profound system awareness and a deep understanding of end-to-end (E2E) finance processes to identify the links/challenges of business decisions and ensure financial compliance.

  • Business Case Co-Creation: Apply rigor and business acumen to co-create business cases, understanding underlying operational, strategic, and financial implications to enable transparency, support decision-making across the broader organization, and provide financial leadership for cross-functional/multi-site projects.

  • Stakeholder Challenge & Influence: Challenge and influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders by translating complex financial issues and respective consequences into clear, impactful, and easily understood key messages.

  • Resource & Outcome Management: Ensure clear outcomes are defined and resources are allocated accordingly to support the organization's strategic goals.

  • Network Collaboration: Partner and collaborate within the Finance network (e.g., eCoE, RSS, PT Finance, R&D Finance, etc.) to share best practices, drive co-creation, and align on priorities to deliver maximum business value.

  • Radical Simplification: Strive for radical simplification across the finance ecosystem to improve efficiency and eliminate process waste.

Who You Are

  • Qualified Finance Professional: Holds a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting, possesses strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, and brings robust core finance skills (technical, systems, processes, and concepts) alongside fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

  • Collaborative & Adaptive Leader: Exhibits the ability to "lead from every seat" and provide specialist expertise, while actively networking and collaborating across and beyond boundaries to break down silos and role-model collaborative behaviors.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $104,700.00 - $194,400.00 USD.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
