Titre du poste : Gestionnaire qualité centre moteur

En tant que gestionnaire qualité pour le site d'assemblage de Longueuil, vous vous rapporterez au directeur de la Discipline qualité des centres moteurs. Vous serez responsable d'une équipe de professionnels qualités et l'équipe d'inspection afin de les guider, de les supporter et d'établir des objectifs personnels et professionnels dans le but de rencontrer les indicateurs qualité ainsi que ceux de l'entreprise. Vous allez aussi travailler étroitement avec l'équipe de gestion du centre moteur afin d'assurer les livraisons de produits à temps pour nos clients tout en maintenant les plus hauts standards de qualité.

À titre de gestionnaire qualité, vous serez également responsable d'assurer le maintien des normes et requis internes et externes au sein de nos politiques, procédures et règlements tel que AS9100.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

  • Superviser les activités de livraison moteur en assurant un alignement entre les priorités de la production, la certification de nos moteurs et la gestion d'échappés qualités.
  • Partager votre passion et renforcer la culture qualité en mettant en place des projets et initiatives qui cultivent un environnement ou la qualité est valorisée par tous les employés.
  • Supporter l'équipe comme interface qualité/client en étant proactif dans l'assurance, la compréhension et la rencontre de requis clients; incluant la recherche de causes racines et la mise en place d'actions correctives.
  • Identifier des solutions afin de fournir du support qualité aux opérations pour rencontrer les requis de nos produits, améliorer nos processus, investiguer des problèmes qualités et résoudre des non-conformités sur les produits.
  • Implémenter des initiatives pour améliorer le système de gestion qualité au travers du processus manufacturier, démontrer du leadership et des aptitudes de collaboration afin de déployer de nouveaux produits, processus et services.
  • Coordonner et supporter le processus d'audit interne/externe de produit et de nos processus afin d'assurer le maintien des requis de conformité de l'industrie, des agences gouvernementales et des clients tel que ceux mis en place par TCCA, FAA et AS9100.
  • Analyser les indicateurs qualités (KPI) tel que le cout de non-qualité et échappé-client pour faire des recommandations afin de réduire les écarts opérationnels.
  • Maintenir des programmes de formation des matières qualités incluant les requis et la gestion des étampes pour le centre d'assemblage.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?

  • Bach en ingénierie, qualité ou gestion avec un minimum de 10 and d'expérience ou
  • Une maîtrise en ingénierie, qualité ou gestion avec 7 ans d'expérience
  • Démontrer du leadership et un désir de travailler dans un environnement dynamique qui peut rapidement changer
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication et de collaboration
  • Expérience dans la gestion de système qualité
  • Connaissance des standards AS9100 ou ISO9001
  • Expérience en aéronautique ou environnement manufacturier / assemblage


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job title :Engine center quality Manager

As quality manager, you will be reporting to Engine Centers Quality Discipline Chief. You will be overseeing a team of quality professionals and inspectors, guiding, and helping them in setting personal goals and objectives to meet quality & business targets. The candidate will also be working closely with site leadership to ensure on-time delivery of quality product.

As a quality manager, you will also be responsible in ensuring the site's compliance to internal and external (AS9100, TCCA, FAA) customers, procedures, policies and regulations.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Oversee quality activities in support to engine deliveries while ensuring alignment with production priorities, engine certification and quality issues containment.
  • Share you passion daily and reinforce Quality culture with projects and initiatives that foster an environment where quality is valued by all employees.
  • Manage the quality / client interface and proactively ensuring that requirements are understood and met, including support for root cause management and corrective actions.
  • Provide quality support to manufacturing operations related to the analysis, processing of nonconformity and supporting product and process improvements.
  • Lead the development, implementation and improvement of quality management systems throughout the manufacturing process, providing leadership and support in the development and launch of new products, processes and services.
  • Lead the internal audit process for products and processes while ensuring industry standards, government and customer requirements are met. Support and coordinate regulatory (TCCA, FAA) and certification bodies (AS9100) audits.
  • Analyze Key Quality Indicators (KPIs), such as Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and product escapes and evaluate results in order to recommend action plans to fill operational gaps.
  • Maintain training programs on quality-related issues, including the requirement for quality stamps for the facility.


What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality or business with a minimum of 10 years' experience or
  • Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Works in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Quality Management system management experience.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 requirements.
  • Experience in aeronautics or in manufacturing / assembly


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
