Full Job Description
En tant que Gestionnaire en Système de Management intégré, vous serez responsable de diriger les activités liées à la qualité, à l'environnement et à la conformité des systèmes de gestion intégrés. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le maintien des certifications, l'amélioration continue et la gestion d'une équipe spécialisée.

Voici ce que seront les principales responsabilités :
  • Encadrer et mobiliser l'équipe AQE.
  • Planifier les activités et gérer les priorités opérationnelles.
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 50001 et la sureté des produits.
  • Coordonner et participer aux audits internes et externes.
  • Gérer les non-conformités complexes et les plans d'actions correctives.
  • Piloter les initiatives d'amélioration continue.
  • Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPIs).
  • Définir et ajuster les objectifs SMI selon les risques et opportunités.
  • Soutenir les projets en ingénierie qualité et assurer leur conformité.
  • Veiller à la qualité des livrables, des fournisseurs et des processus.


LES QUALIFICATIONS QUE VOUS DEVRIEZ POSSÉDER

Les acquis et atouts que nous recherchons
  • Baccalauréat en Génie, en Gestion des opérations, ou dans un domaine connexe pertinent.
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en qualité et/ou environnement.
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe.
  • Maîtrise des normes ISO (9001, 14001, 27001, 50001).
  • *Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Atouts
  • Certification comme Auditeur/Auditeur Principal (Lead Auditor).
  • Expérience technique et/ou en Ingénierie dans un milieu manufacturier de haute technologie.
  • Connaissance en cybersécurité.
  • Intérêt marqué ou expérience dans l'industrie de la défense.
