Titre du poste: Gestionnaire de projets qualité (non-conformités)

L'équipe Qualité de l'approvisionnement joue un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de la performance qualité globale des fournisseurs ainsi que de la qualité des produits stratégiques, en assurant une gestion efficace des non-conformités clients. Le ou la gestionnaire de projets qualité est responsable de piloter de façon stratégique et rigoureuse la gestion des non-conformités critiques liées aux processus ou aux pièces ayant un impact significatif sur la production, les livraisons de moteurs ou la satisfaction des clients.

Ce poste de gestion de projets qualité de haut niveau requiert d'excellentes compétences en coordination, une analyse structurée des problèmes ainsi qu'une communication fréquente avec la haute direction. La personne retenue sera au cœur de la performance qualité de l'organisation.

Ce poste est à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, avec des horaires flexibles, situé à Longueuil, et s'exerce exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Piloter de bout en bout la gestion des non-conformités critiques, de la détection à la clôture, incluant l'évaluation d'impact, les mesures de confinement, l'analyse des causes et la résolution;
  • Diriger les analyses de causes profondes (méthodes 8D, Red-X) et assurer la mise en œuvre rapide et durable des actions correctives et préventives;
  • Mobiliser, coordonner et animer les équipes multidisciplinaires (qualité, ingénierie, production, logistique, etc.) impliquées dans la résolution des non-conformités;
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux auprès du senior management, avec des mises à jour claires, structurées et orientées vers les résultats;
  • Gérer la documentation qualité dans les systèmes appropriés (PLM) et assurer la traçabilité complète des événements;
  • Capitaliser sur les événements en partageant les leçons apprises et en contribuant à la formation interne sur la gestion des non-conformités.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat ou diplôme technique en gestion de projet, en qualité ou en aérospatiale;
  • 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet qualité, idéalement dans le domaine manufacturier ou aéronautique;
  • Connaissances approfondies des principes de Six Sigma ou autres principes d'amélioration continue;
  • Excellentes compétences en coordination, leadership et communication, incluant la capacité à présenter efficacement à la haute direction;
  • Aptitude à gérer des situations critiques dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant;
  • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de problème (8D, Red-X) et des systèmes de gestion documentaire (PLM ou équivalent) (atout);
  • Expérience technique avec AMDEC et PPAP;
  • Connaissances de SAP (atout).

Job Title: Quality project manager (non-conformity)

The Supply Quality team plays an active role in driving overall supplier quality performance and improving signature quality by ensuring the effective management of customer non-conformity.

The Quality Project Manager will be responsible for strategically and rigorously leading the management process of critical non-conformity related to processes or parts, which have a significant impact on production, engine deliveries, or customers.

This high-level quality project management role requires strong coordination skills, structured problem analysis, and frequent communication with senior management. You will be at the core of the organization's quality performance.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, and is exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Lead end-to-end management of critical non-conformity, from detection to closure, including impact assessment, containment actions, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Drive root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8D, Red-X), and ensure the timely and sustainable implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Mobilize, coordinate, and lead cross-functional teams (Quality, Engineering, Production, Logistics, etc.) involved in non-conformity resolution.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up with senior management, providing clear, structured, and results-oriented updates.
  • Manage quality documentation in the appropriate systems (e.g., PLM) and ensure full traceability of events.
  • Leverage events by sharing key learnings and contributing to internal training on non-conformity management.


What do you need to be successful?
  • 7 years of experience in quality project management, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace sector
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma principles or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior management
  • Proven ability to manage critical situations in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Proficient in problem-solving tools (8D, Red-X) and document management systems (PLM or equivalent) (asset)
