  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, quality, testing, etc.).
  • Manage communications with clients, key suppliers, and partners.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and track corrective actions.
  • Participate in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Directly manage 1 to 2 people and coordinate resources in a matrix environment.

Full Job Description
En tant que gestionnaire de projets, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du suivi de projets technologiques complexes intégrant des véhicules autonomes militaires. À plusieurs types de charge opérationnelle, incluant des systèmes d'armes et des systèmes de surveillance.

Vous assurerez la gestion des ressources, des échéanciers, des budgets et des communications avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement multidisciplinaire, en collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de production et de soutien. Vous serez aussi appelé à gérer des propositions pour des clients potentiels et allez interagir avec notre département de développement des affaires pour la prise de besoins.

Voici quelles seront vos principales responsabilités :

  • Planifier, organiser et superviser l'ensemble des activités liées à l'exécution des projets.
  • Veiller au respect des échéanciers, des budgets et des livrables techniques.
  • Assurer la conformité aux exigences contractuelles, normatives et réglementaires.
  • Coordonner avec les équipes multidisciplinaires (ingénierie, production, qualité, essais, etc.).
  • Gérer les communications avec les clients, les fournisseurs principaux et les partenaires.
  • Identifier les risques, proposer des plans d'atténuation et assurer le suivi des actions correctives.
  • Participer à la préparation de propositions techniques et commerciales.
  • Assurer la gestion directe de 1 à 2 personnes ainsi que la coordination avec les ressources en mode matriciel.


LES QUALIFICATIONS QUE VOUS DEVRIEZ POSSÉDER

Les acquis que nous recherchons :
  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, en gestion de projets ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets techniques.
  • Bonne connaissance des processus de développement de systèmes complexes (matériel, logiciel, intégration).
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, leadership, gestion du temps et résolution de problèmes.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Disponibilité pour des déplacements internationaux et participation à des essais sur le terrain.
  • Capacité à obtenir une habilitation de sécurité de niveau secret OTAN.


Atouts
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la défense ou des systèmes autonomes.
  • Connaissance des normes militaires (MIL-STD, STANAG, etc.).
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion de projets (MS Project, Jira, etc.) et des méthodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
