Le/la gestionnaire de projet gère les différents projets liés à l'implantation des différentes solutions d'automatisation offertes par McKesson Automation aux pharmacies communautaires et aux hôpitaux. Il/elle occupe un rôle de leadership dans l'organisation et la coordination des activités de divers groupes de support internes et externes afin d'assurer une implantation efficace des produits d'automatisation en respectant les échéanciers et les budgets.

Responsabilités spécifiques

Les tâches et responsabilités du poste cité en rubrique comprennent les suivantes, sans toutefois y être limitées :
  • Gestion de portefeuille de projets de clients, installations de nouveaux équipements, relocalisations, déménagements d'équipements existants.
  • Analyser la portée du projet et capacité de prioriser.
  • Créer et maintenir un plan de projet détaillé et organiser les tâches jalons.
  • Produire tous les documents requis pour le déroulement optimal du projet d'implantation.
  • Déterminer et gérer la priorité des besoins compétitifs dans l'exécution des implantations en analysant et évaluant les situations complexes impliquant des horaires, ressources, besoins client et solutions d'implantation efficaces.
  • Gérer les ressources en fonction de l'étendue des responsabilités du projet, incluant la gestion et résolution ponctuelle des calendriers.
  • Suivre le progrès du projet et coordonner les tâches de toutes les ressources alignées sur le projet.
  • Gérer les attentes des clients et travailler activement à résoudre les questions de mise en œuvre.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de communication avec le client et ressources internes.
  • Rapporter tout risque pouvant impacter l'atteinte des objectifs.
  • Créer et maintenir tous les livrables requis.
  • Assurer la gestion des dépenses et des budgets établis.
  • Agir à titre de personne ressource et support pour le milieu hospitalier pour les: demande de renseignements; demandes de propositions; présentations internes et externes; démonstrations du produit; formations internes et externes.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant l'optimisation des processus pour améliorer la satisfaction de la clientèle et de raccourcir les délais de mise en œuvre.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre les changements à apporter au processus d'implantation afin d'en assurer une amélioration continue.


Connaissances et aptitudes requises
  • Gestion du cycle de vie complet des projets de mise en œuvre.
  • Connaissances informatiques et de Outlook, Suite MS Office et Salesforce.
  • Démontrer un style de gestion de projet proactive. Un processus décisionnel équilibré et bon jugement.
  • Doit être bilingue et présenter d'exceptionnelles capacités orales et écrites en français et en anglais.
  • Faire preuve de flexibilité afin de répondre efficacement aux projets et besoins changeants de nos clients.
  • Gérer simultanément de multiples plans de projets. Démontrer une grande autonomie et effectuer un travail méthodique.
  • Aptitude à travailler au sein de divers départements et détenir une facilité de communication auprès d'individus provenant de divers environnements.
  • Des connaissances du milieu pharmaceutique de détail ou hospitalier sont un atout.


Conditions de travail
  • Voyage aux sites clients lorsque nécessaire. Environnement de travail flexible - combinaison de travail de la maison et bureau. Les heures de travail sont établies en fonction des besoins clients et de leur emplacement.
  • Scolarité minimale requise Formations pertinentes en gestion de projets et/ou 5 années d'expérience en gestion de projets.
  • Une certification PMP ou équivalente est un atout majeur.


Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for tracking and managing implementation projects for different product lines offered by McKesson Automation to retails pharmacies and hospitals. The individual occupies a leadership role for the organization in structuring and coordinating the activities of various internal and external teams and resources to insure timely implementations in line with customer expectations while respecting timelines and budgets.

Responsabilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Customer project portfolio management, installations of new equipment, relocations and move of existing equipment.
  • Project scoping and prioritization.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plan and organize milestone activities spanning the entire life of the project from sales hand-off through to stabilization post Go-Live.
  • Manage and determine priorities based on complex information, schedules, resources availabilities and competitive needs.
  • Manage resources within the scope of the project and resolve any issues and scheduling conflicts.
  • Track progress and coordinate tasks of all resources aligned with the project.
  • Manage customer expectations and actively work on resolving implementation issues.
  • Maintain high quality communication with customers and internal resources. Report all risks and issues impacting successful implementation.
  • Create and maintain all required deliverables.
  • Manage project costs and expenses to budget. Provide sales support for Hospital Automation for : requests for information; requests for proposals; equipment demos; internal and external presentations; internal and external training.
  • Proactively work on optimizing processes to improve customer satisfaction and shorten implementation timelines. Analyze, report, and develop recommendations and develop strategies on how to improve quality and department throughput.


Skills and abilities required
  • Managing the complete lifecycle of implementation projects.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Salesforce.
  • Proactive project management style. Balanced decision making and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Flexibility in effectively responding to internal and customer communications while managing multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate independent judgment and methodical work practices.
  • Ability to create networks and work with multiple people from various fields with different responsibilities. Knowledge of pharmacy and hospital operations is an asset.


Working conditions
  • Travel to customer site as required. Flexible work environment - combination of home and corporate offices. Work hours may vary depending on customer needs and location.
  • Minimum Education Requirements
  • Relevant training in project management and/or 5 years of experience in project management.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent is a strong asset.


The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
