Gestionnaire de projet, maintenance des moteurs | Project Manager, Engine Maintenance

Vos missions

En tant que chef de projet, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les différentes équipes de l'organisation pour identifier et piloter des projets permettant de réduire durablement les coûts et d'améliorer la rentabilité des contrats de maintenance des moteurs clients.

Vos principales activités seront les suivantes :
  • Collaborer avec les experts des programmes pour identifier des idées de projets, en réalisant des évaluations techniques et financières.
  • Prioriser chaque projet au sein du portefeuille.
  • Collaborer avec les principaux services de soutien pour atteindre les objectifs des projets.


Principales responsabilités

Dans ce rôle, vous apprendrez les concepts d'exploitation et de maintenance des moteurs et des aéronefs, la fiabilité et la durabilité des moteurs et des composantes, l'application des principes d'ingénierie et commerciaux qui influent sur le coût de la maintenance, et la gestion de projets de complexité variable au sein d'une organisation internationale dynamique.

Qualifications requises
  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie (mécanique, aérospatiale, industriel ou similaire).
  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans un secteur similaire.
  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.


Qualifications souhaitables
  • Certification PMP et/ou expérience pertinente en gestion de projets.
  • Expérience directe dans l'aérospatiale, notamment dans la maintenance des turbines à gaz.
  • Expérience avérée en gestion de programmes et/ou en planification stratégique.
  • Expérience dans la prise de décisions fondées sur des données, en recherchant le contexte et en évaluant les conséquences dans des modèles économiques élaborés.
  • Forte expertise commerciale et financière.
  • Aptitude à gérer l'ambiguïté et à influencer sans autorité formelle.
  • Capacité à établir des relations de confiance à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.

What You Will Do *

As a project manager, you will work across the organization to identify and drive projects that create sustained cost reductions and improve profit levels for customer engine maintenance contracts.

Key activities include:
  • Working with program experts to identify project ideas, including technical and financial evaluations
  • Prioritizing each project across the portfolio
  • Collaborating with key supporting groups to achieve project objectives.

In this role you will learn concepts of engine and aircraft operation and maintenance, engine and component reliability and durability, application of engineering and commercial principles that impact cost of maintenance, and management of projects of varying complexity across a dynamic international organization.

Qualifications You Must Have *
  • Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, industrial, or similar)
  • 10+ years of experience in similar industry
  • This position is based in a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires a very good command of English to read and understand documentation and technical terms that may originate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, and colleagues.


Qualifications We Prefer
  • PMP designation and/or relevant experience delivering projects
  • Direct experience in aerospace, especially gas turbine engine maintenance
  • Experience making data-driven decisions by seeking out context and evaluating consequences in elaborate business models
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Comfortable in navigating ambiguity and influencing without formal authority
  • Skilled at building trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
