Le gestionnaire principal de comptes commerciaux - Canada est responsable de maintenir et de développer les relations avec les principaux clients commerciaux de Goodyear au Québec, tout en favorisant une croissance stratégique. Ce rôle se concentre sur la gestion des comptes clés, l'augmentation des ventes et l'alignement des opérations entre les deux organisations afin de soutenir les objectifs commerciaux. Le titulaire supervise les ventes auprès des concessionnaires, de l'équipement d'origine (OE) et du transport d'autobus, en veillant à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente, à l'augmentation de la part de portefeuille (SOA) et à la rétention de Goodyear comme fournisseur complet. De plus, le rôle consiste à représenter l'ensemble de la gamme de produits et services commerciaux, à collaborer avec les clients tout au long du cycle S&OP et à fournir à la haute direction des mises à jour régulières et stratégiques sur les activités.

Profil recherché
  • Baccalauréat ou, à défaut, plus de 10 ans d'expérience en ventes, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou gestion de catégories.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en ventes, chaîne d'approvisionnement ou gestion de catégories.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de relations clients stratégiques et dans le développement et l'exécution de stratégies de vente favorisant la croissance. Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis, avec interactions régulières avec les sièges sociaux de Goodyear à Toronto (Ontario) et à Akron (Ohio).

The Senior Commercial Account Manager -Canada is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Goodyear's largest commercial customers in Quebec while driving strategic growth. This role focuses on managing key accounts, increasing sales, and aligning operations across both organizations to support business objectives. The incumbent oversees dealer, original equipment (OE), and bus transit sales, ensuring achievement of sales targets, growth in Share of Account (SOA), and retention of Goodyear as a full-service supplier. Additionally, the role involves representing the full range of commercial products and services, collaborating with customers through the S&OP cycle, and providing executive leadership with regular, high-level business updates.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve AOP targets, drive growth, and improve margins.
  • Lead strategic account planning and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to align on performance objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Category Planning and internal teams to meet customer expectations and business goals.
  • Identify, assess, and respond to customer needs while promoting Goodyear's full product portfolio and driving sell-out activities.
  • Partner with dealers and distributors to grow fleet business through training, tools, and market competitiveness.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and business insights, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain, or Category Management
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain, or Category Management
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Bilingual in French and English. Communication required with Goodyear Canada Inc. Headquarters in Toronto, Ontario and The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company Headquarters in Akron, Ohio.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship building, communication, and presentation, combined with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Solid business acumen, including financial understanding, sales metrics, and pricing analysis.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with ability to work remotely and travel as needed for business activities.

Goodyear offers a competitive pay and comprehensive total rewards package designed with your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing in mind. The pay range for this position is

$105 288,00 CAD - $150 412,00 CAD

However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. You will also be eligible for a number of benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, as well as tire discounts.
