En tant que Gestionnaire d'approvisionnement stratégique au bureau de Montréal de JLL, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'excellence des achats à travers nos opérations mondiales. Vous dirigerez des initiatives d'approvisionnement de bout en bout qui apportent une valeur mesurable à nos clients et parties prenantes internes, en développant et en exécutant des stratégies de catégories alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux.

Qualifications requises :
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, finance ou domaine connexe
  • 5+ années d'expérience progressive en approvisionnement stratégique, achats ou gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de préférence dans les services professionnels ou l'immobilier commercial
  • Succès démontré dans la direction d'initiatives d'approvisionnement complexes et la réalisation d'économies de coûts mesurables et d'améliorations de processus
  • Solides compétences en négociation avec une capacité prouvée à obtenir des conditions contractuelles favorables tout en établissant des relations collaboratives avec les fournisseurs
  • Maîtrise des technologies d'approvisionnement, des plateformes d'approvisionnement et des outils d'analyse de données pour favoriser une prise de décision éclairée

  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong partnerships and service quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into sourcing specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage supplier performance through established KPIs and regular business reviews, addressing issues proactively and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable contract terms while building collaborative supplier relationships

Estimated compensation for this position:

This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ. Final base salary is determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations. Some roles and employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, benefits, or other compensation.
