Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Gestionnaire associé(e) des services de projets en laboratoire pour se joindre à l'équipe des laboratoires d'IQVIA dans un poste en télétravail au Canada.

En tant que Gestionnaire associé(e) des services de projets en laboratoire, vous serez responsable de la gestion de tous les aspects liés au laboratoire pour les projets d'essais cliniques assignés à un client ou à un programme spécifique. Vous serez le principal point de contact du client après l'attribution de l'étude et pendant tout le cycle de vie de l'étude (démarrage, maintien, clôture), tout en vous assurant que le travail est effectué conformément aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées, aux politiques et aux bonnes pratiques.

Ce que vous ferez :
  • Faciliter la mise en place fluide des études, incluant l'examen des protocoles et budgets, la direction des réunions, l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre des plans de projet, des jalons, des registres de risques, de problèmes et d'actions.
  • Participer aux processus de soumission de propositions et de développement des affaires, y compris les réunions de défense de soumission.
  • Assurer le suivi du plan de gestion de projet, des échéanciers, des livrables, et gérer la documentation de l'étude durant tout le cycle de vie du projet, y compris l'archivage dans le système eTMF.
  • Gérer les changements de portée de l'étude et surveiller le budget, la qualité de l'étude ainsi que toute problématique liée aux services, en mettant en œuvre les ajustements nécessaires.
  • Développer et entretenir la relation avec le client, faciliter la communication, et collaborer avec toutes les équipes opérationnelles de l'entreprise.
  • Coordonner le suivi des sondages auprès des clients et les vérifications régulières de satisfaction pour renforcer la relation client.
  • Représenter l'entreprise lors de réunions d'investigateurs et d'autres réunions internes/externes en personne.
  • Établir des canaux de communication réguliers avec les sites pour gérer les attentes et les enjeux du projet de façon continue.

Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe (préféré).
  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie clinique ou de la recherche, dont au moins 1 an en gestion ou mise en place de projets (préféré).
  • Une combinaison équivalente de formation, d'expérience et d'éducation pourrait être acceptée en l'absence de diplôme.
  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion réussie d'essais cliniques de phases I à IV (préféré).

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises :
  • Connaissance des processus de gestion de projets, des processus en laboratoire de l'entreprise et/ou connaissance équivalente des opérations de laboratoire central (trousses/fournitures, logistique, opérations de laboratoire, entreposage des spécimens, rapports et transferts de données, alertes sites, etc.).
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide tout en démontrant de solides compétences organisationnelles et le respect des échéances.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des systèmes de l'entreprise, ou expérience équivalente avec des systèmes de laboratoire centralisés similaires.
  • Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les collègues, gestionnaires et clients.

We are seeking an AssociateLaboratory Project Services Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories business in a remote position.

As an Associate Laboratory Project Services Manager, you will be managing all laboratory aspects of assigned clinical trial projects for a customer or a specific program for a customer. You will act as the main point of contact for the customer after study award and throughout the entire study lifecycle (startup, maintenance, closeout), while ensuring work is conducted in line with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practices.

What you'll be doing:
  • Facilitating seamless study set-up including protocol and budget review, leading meetings, develop and implement project plans, milestone, risk, issue, and action logs.
  • Participating in the proposal and business development process including bid defense meetings.
  • Monitoring the Project Management Plan, timelines, deliverables, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle including filing into eTMF.
  • Managing study scope changes and budget monitoring quality of the study and any service-related issues, implementing changes as required.
  • Building and owning the customer relationship, facilitating communication, collaborating with all operational areas within the company.
  • Coordinating customer survey follow up and ongoing health checks to support customer relationship building.
  • Representing the company at Investigator meetings and other internal/external face to face meetings.
  • Establishing regular lines of communication with sites to manage on-going project expectations and issues.


What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences and/or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 1 year project management/project set up experience preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in successfully leading Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred.


The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
  • Working knowledge of Project Management processes, the company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations (kits/supplies, logistics, laboratory operations, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers, site alerts, etc.).
  • Working in a fast-paced environment while possessing strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrating computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the company systems, or equivalent experience with similar centralized laboratory systems.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
  • You will be required to work directly with IQVIA departments, teams, support functions and stakeholders located across Canada and around the world therefore, a functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to perform the duties of this position.
