Lead the integrated strategy for organizational development, culture, teammate experience, and internal communications, fostering an inspiring, inclusive work environment aligned with DaVita’s values.
This role will be responsible for strengthening leadership, engagement, change management, and organizational communication to drive performance, retain top talent, and contribute to business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development
•    Design and implement leadership and talent development programs.
•    Lead talent assessment and talent management initiatives.
•    Drive succession planning, performance management, and high-potential talent programs.
•    Manage career development plans and strengthen organizational capabilities.
•    Promote a culture of continuous learning.

Organizational Culture
•    Ensure the embodiment of DaVita’s values and philosophy across the organization.
•    Lead employee engagement, recognition, workplace climate, and well-being strategies.
•    Measure and manage teammate experience metrics and key performance indicators.
•    Design and implement recognition programs and cultural reinforcement initiatives.

Internal Communications
•    Define and execute the internal communications strategy.
•    Ensure alignment and consistency of organizational messaging.
•    Lead communication campaigns supporting strategic initiatives.
•    Manage internal communication channels and strengthen connections between leaders and teams.

Change Management
•    Lead organizational and cultural transformation projects.
•    Implement change management methodologies and best practices.
•    Support leaders throughout adoption and adaptation processes.
•    Measure the impact and effectiveness of implemented initiatives.

Education
•    Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
•    Specialization or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Culture, Corporate Communications, or a related discipline.
•    Advanced English proficiency.

Experience
•    More than 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
•    At least 5 years leading Organizational Development, Culture, and Communications functions.
•    Experience in organizations with strong corporate cultures and transformation processes.
•    Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
•    Experience preparing reports and/or delivering presentations to international teams in English.
