  • Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing risks and challenges
  • Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC protocols, policies, and industry standards
  • Facilitate program meetings, technical reviews, and cross-functional collaborations
  • Manage program resources including staff, budgets, and operations
  • Conduct program evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead geotechnical investigations and client-facing technical solutions
  • Drive business development, including client relationships and pursuit support

Full Job Description
We are seeking a Geotechnical Program Manager to join our team in Mentor, OH, but can be located in any Northeast Ohio office.

As part of the growing Geotechnical team, you will provide valuable insight into the daily leadership and operations of construction and engineering. Therefore, expect to quickly delve into multi-discipline projects, laboratory analysis, foundation calculations, report writing, and many other engineering tasks.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and manage geotechnical program plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

What You Bring:

Salary Range:
