Full Job Description
Genesys Call Flow Design Lead : responsible for design, development and deployment of Genesys IVR flows, contact routing and interactions using Genesys Cloud Architect tool. The flows would include inbound and outbound calls, email and SMS. This would include configuration of data actions and custom integrations with internal systems and third party applications using Genesys Cloud APIs (RESTful) and webhooks.
