What You'll Lead- Own field execution from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and turnover
- Turn project strategy into action across labor, schedule, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Lead and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and high-performing craft teams
- Partner with Project Management and Operations to solve problems before they impact the field
- Leverage prefabrication, technology, and planning to improve productivity and execution
- Set the standard for safety, quality, accountability, and craftsmanship
- Build trusted relationships with customers, GCs, inspectors, vendors, and trade partners
What You Bring- 10+ years of progressive mechanical, plumbing, or industrial construction experience
- Sheet metal experience
- Proven success leading complex projects, multiple crews, and field leaders
- Deep expertise in labor planning, scheduling, productivity, quality, cost, and project execution
- Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions in fast-moving environments
- A track record of developing people and building accountable teams
