Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience
• Minimum of eight years in construction management or craft supervision
• In-depth knowledge of construction technologies, methods, and safety regulations
• Advanced expertise in structural steel, concrete framework, rebar, and site work
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Proven capability to solve complex technical issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to travel across Southern New England

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire construction process to align with design, budget, and timeline
• Plan and manage on-site operations, including safety and material control
• Supervise craft employees and contract teams in accordance with project guidelines
• Authorize personnel transactions and approve purchase requisitions as necessary
• Provide technical guidance and suggest suitable construction methods and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and document violations when necessary
• Engage with clients and contractors to facilitate project execution
• Collaborate with project team daily to communicate objectives and resolve emerging issues
