We're looking for a BC/BE General Psychiatrist to join our growing Mental Health Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working collaboratively with primary and specialty care. The department consists of seven psychiatrists, four psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and fifteen therapists.
Additional details:
- 100% outpatient; some telehealth work required
- Candidate must reside in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
- No weekends, no call
- Established in-house referral network
- Compensation is a production model
- New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee between $300,000 and $334,000 with upside earning potential
- Up to $35,000 starting bonus
- Two-year partnership track with a reasonable buy in
