Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
• Successful completion of an accredited nursing practitioner or physician assistant program.
• Physician Assistants must have passed the NCCPA certification exam.
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified by the ANCC or PNCB.
• Current and unrestricted medical practice license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
• Current and unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with a team of pediatricians and nurse practitioners.
• Utilize eClinical Works EMR with AI Charting for patient management.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
• Participate in patient education and outreach.
• Work 4 days a week with occasional Saturday shifts.
