Responsibilities- Oversee daily sales and operational activities
- Recruit, develop, and manage sales and production teams
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
- Lead sales meetings, coaching sessions, and team development
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences from sale to installation
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Phoenix market
- Create a culture of accountability, urgency, and success
Qualifications- 5+ years of leadership or General Management experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue and team performance
- Experience managing sales organizations preferred
- Home improvement, remodeling, construction, or in-home sales experience is a plus
- Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
