What You'll Do
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple functional areas within the facility
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Oversee production scheduling, inventory planning, material management, shipping, and capacity planning
- Ensure customer expectations for quality, delivery, and service are consistently exceeded
- Provide leadership and support for engineering, maintenance, quality, and customer service teams
- Support operating and preventative maintenance programs, facility management, and regulatory compliance efforts
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to support customer requirements and business growth initiatives
- Participate in high level customer discussions and operational planning activities
- Develop and motivate teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of B2B Metals Manufacturing Industry in various functional areas
- Ideally 5+ of experience within High Mix / Low Volume Make To Print manufacturing businesses
- The right candidate will have 5+ years of experience within the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive and / or Medical manufacturing niche
- 5+ Responsibility for Sales / Commercial Management
- 3+ years of Direct Manufacturing Management/Supervision
- Proven leadership qualities driving a highly metric driven business
- Ability to continue to improve on well-established policies/procedures
- Full P&L Responsibility for $15M+/year or greater
- Bachelors' degree in any discipline is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Travel demands for this position will be 15% at most
