Compensation: $121k-$231k per year

Job Summary

The General Manager has the opportunity to develop and scale a unique, sustainable business from an established platform in Colorado into a national leader in organic turf management and gardening products. This role is responsible for setting and executing regional and national strategy, driving product development, leading sales and multi-channel marketing, and building multi-site production and distribution capabilities. The General Manager holds full profit and loss accountability while ensuring efficient operations, high-quality product output, regulatory compliance, and strong team engagement aligned with customer and environmental expectations.

Essential Job Functions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy across market expansion, product development, sales, and operations
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
