The General Manager, Product Strategy and Management is the P&L owner and leader of product management & strategy to deliver the utilization management programs of radiology, cardiovascular, gastroenterology, oncology, ECS, post-acute care, home health, durable medical equipment lab, musculoskeletal, durable medical equipment, and sleep management with profitability and growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure the solutions provide appropriate clinical outcomes with high provider and patient engagement all while balancing payer ROI.
- Responsible for strategic planning and setting the short-term and long-term roadmap across all of the existing diagnostic solutions as well as collaborating with other product leaders to develop new programs/’ologies.’
- Work collaboratively with all members of the finance, operational, growth, and clinical teams to plan and implement strategies, goals, policies, programs and processes to deliver programs that further differentiate EviCore as a trusted healthcare and utilization management advisor.
- Leverage EviCore’s technology and data insights to further drive efficiency and value to EviCore’s stakeholders.
- Work in conjunction with other product leaders and senior leadership to develop and deliver products and services that compliment enterprise strategy and corporate values.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 15+ years progressive leadership experience, including 8+ years utilization management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- In-depth utilization management knowledge and of the clinical landscape.
- Ability to solve complex conceptual, operational, and strategic problems with broad mindset.
- Strong financial acumen including P&L and utilization costs.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Ability to analyze and understand data.
- Demonstrated change leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Dynamic leader with strong persuasive negotiating skills as well as exceptional problem solving capabilities.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 223,000 - 371,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
