We're looking for a Branch Manager who can lead a high-performing operation while delivering exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business growth.
In this role, you'll have full responsibility for branch performance, including revenue, profitability, employee development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You'll work alongside a talented leadership team, influence strategic decisions, and play a key role in preparing future leaders within the organization.

What You'll DoAfter completing a comprehensive onboarding and leadership training program, you will assume full responsibility for a branch location and lead all aspects of the operation.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Own branch financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, expense management, and P&L accountability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals, operational excellence, and customer retention.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and develop top talent while building a strong leadership pipeline.
- Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and performance that motivates employees to succeed.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, improve productivity, and drive continuous operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage fleet operations and ensure compliance with all company vehicle policies.
- Partner with Senior Leadership and Human Resources on workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, performance management, and organizational initiatives.
- Build strong relationships within the local community while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Maintain expertise in operational best practices, sales leadership, and industry trends.
Travel & Mobility- Complete a structured 90-day leadership onboarding program before assuming branch responsibility.
- Travel approximately 25% for leadership meetings, branch support, and operational visits.
- Willingness to relocate within the division for future advancement opportunities is preferred.

What do you need to be successful?Minimum Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Documented success driving revenue for a Home Services company
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
- 5-7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company
- 5-7 years: P&L responsibility experience and an acute understanding of expense control strategies
- 5-7 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience
- 5-7 years: Experience with P&L management and business processes
- 5-7 years: Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company
- 5-7 years: Proven ability to achieve profitable growth
- 5-7 years: Mentoring, coaching, motivating and training
Preferred Qualifications- 5+ years of leadership experience managing operations, branch, district, or multi-unit business performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- Strong background in sales leadership, operations management, and customer service excellence.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing employees at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable using data and performance metrics to improve operational results.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
- 7A pesticide license
Physical Demands / Working Environment:- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
