What You Will Do:

The General Manager, Module Assembly within North Berwick's Aero Systems is responsible for delivering multiple, complex engine assemblies supporting multiple product lines (GTF, F135, legacy platforms).

  • Meet day-to-day objectives focused on assembly shop floor, including employee safety, product quality, delivery status, parts/material status, recovery plans, and technical resolutions
  • Deliver strategic planning for long term objectives to meet future growth needs with a focus on lean transformation. This includes identifying capital requirements, resource planning, and mitigation of unknown delivery requirements (development/PIP/block changes)
  • Responsible for the Integration of a cross functional team that works together towards meeting short and long-term objectives for the modular assembly business
  • Apply continuous improvement tools to continue to drive efficiency across the business to deliver results and growth targets

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Operational leadership experience to include managing large teams with constantly fluctuating priorities

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
