Pay Range:$81,000- $90,000/ annually + potential to participate in bonus program
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Position Overview:As the
General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency. You will lead and develop teams while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership- Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure operational consistency and adherence to company standards
Guest Experience- Uphold exceptional customer service standards
- Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all guests
Financial Management- Oversee budgeting, labor controls, and cost management
- Analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, to drive profitability
Team Development- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor management and hourly team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
Marketing & Community Engagement- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives
Compliance & Safety- Ensure compliance with Washington State labor laws, wage-and-hour requirements, and scheduling practices
- Maintain compliance with health department regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications:- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or full-service environment
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:- ServSafe Certification (required or ability to obtain and maintain)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred for guest and team communication, but not required.
- Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant experience
