What You'll Do- Define and enforce project/program management standards, framework and lifecycle
- Create and maintain templates, tools and best practices
- Establish and govern project intake and prioritization processes
- Define KPIs and success metrics for projects and portfolio (on-time, on-budget, deliverables met)
- Establish common risk and issue management practices across projects
- Monitor cross project dependencies
- Act as primary liaison between, IT, business units, and executive leadership for project portfolio matters
- Continuously refine PMO processes based on lessons learned and feedback
- Lead and develop project/program managers and PMO staff
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training on project management and delivery practices
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and delivery excellence
- Develop key business acumen (i.e. financial & legal) concepts within the PM community
- Integrate organizational change management into project delivery
- Conduct project health reviews and post implementation assessments
- Develop and maintain IT resource capacity plans
- Other duties may be assigned.
