Qualifications:- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 3+ years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- ServSafe certification
- Food Manager's permit
- Valid driver's license
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Suite

A Day in the Life of a Hash Kitchen General ManagerAs General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations - leading your team, upholding food quality and safety standards, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. You're the mentor, the problem-solver, and the standard-bearer for the Hash Kitchen experience.
- Oversee daily execution of Hash Kitchen brand and service standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest service and satisfaction
- Ensure food quality, preparation, and safety procedures meet Hash Kitchen standards
- Identify hiring needs and manage the full recruiting and onboarding process
- Complete new hire paperwork and onboarding within required timelines
- Train and coach team members on policies, procedures, and service expectations; provide one-on-one mentoring and manage performance documentation as needed
- Maintain strong working knowledge of all menu items
- Lead monthly team meetings to align staff on goals and standards
- Monitor daily and weekly sales, labor, and cost control figures to drive profitability
- Maintain proper food rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
- Manage ordering of food, paper goods, chemicals, and other supplies
- Track and organize invoices and store financial records
- Build weekly staff schedules based on forecasted business needs
- Ensure full team compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and security standards
- Provide weekly performance updates to the District Manager
WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state.
