The OpportunityGROWMARK is seeking a strategic and results-driven
General Manager to lead GROWMARK FS (GFS), a multi-state retail business serving customers across the Northeast. In this role, you'll have full accountability for performance, profitability, and long-term strategy-while leading a complex, high-impact organization and partnering closely with GROWMARK executive leadership.

What You'll Do- Set and execute the strategic vision and business plan for GFS
- Lead, develop, and align a high-performing leadership team
- Drive financial performance, growth, and operational excellence
- Partner across the GROWMARK system to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
- Use data, KPIs, and market insights to guide decision-making and performance
What We're Looking For- Proven executive leader with the ability to set vision and lead through execution
- Strong presence with the ability to influence at the executive and board level
- Highly collaborative - able to build relationships across field teams and corporate leadership
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience leading large, complex operations
- Background in agriculture, with a strong understanding of agronomy and sales
