Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including decision making, scheduling, and planning
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and product quality
• Coach and develop the restaurant team to enhance performance
• Drive continuous improvement within the restaurant
• Adaptively respond to on-the-fly requests from guests
• Execute management duties during high-volume shifts
