General Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and grow our reputation for quality and reliability.
As our
General Manager, you will oversee the entire shop operation - from workflow efficiency and team management to customer satisfaction and financial performance. You'll be the go-to leader on the ground, ensuring that repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Requirements
What You'll Do:- Lead and manage day-to-day shop operations
- Supervise, coach, and support technicians and front-office staff
- Oversee repair workflow, parts inventory, and scheduling
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
- Track KPIs and implement performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control
- Collaborate with ownership to develop strategic goals
What you Bring:- 5+ years of experience in diesel repair or heavy truck service
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel systems and diagnostics
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with shop management software a plus
- ASE certifications or diesel tech background a bonus
