As General Manager (f/m/d) USA, you will assume full entrepreneurial responsibility for our U.S. operations and sustainably develop the site together with your team. You succeed in aligning the demands and dynamics of the American market with the long-term strategy and culture of a German family-owned company.
Key responsibilities include:- Full responsibility for the operational and financial management of the U.S. site, including P&L ownership
- Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and regular reporting to the headquarters in Germany
- Ensure efficient production and business processes to meet all customer requirements on time
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers, authorities, service providers, and other stakeholders
- Lead and develop the local management team and employees in close collaboration with group leadership
Ideally, you bring- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
- Several years of experience in a general management, business unit leadership, or comparable entrepreneurial leadership role
- Proven operational and strategic leadership experience in the United States
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation
- Hands-on leadership style with high initiative and ownership
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
