This role is responsible for managing two warehouse facilities serving the McNamara and Evans terminals while leading a high-performing team of supervisors and logistics specialists.

Requirements for a Warehouse Operations General Manager: - 5+ years of experience in 3PL logistics, airport, or warehouse environments with hands-on employee and team management.
- Proven leadership skills in managing supervisors and warehouse/logistics teams, including hiring, development, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other media.
- Data-driven decision-making with experience in quantitative analysis and developing action plans to achieve targets.
- Ability to meet physical and travel requirements, including lifting to 75 pounds, safe driving, passing background checks, and potential relocation.
