Home Services General Manager to work alongside our current General Manager before transitioning into full leadership of our Tucson operation.
This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader who wants a structured succession plan rather than being thrown into a role on day one. You'll spend time learning our people, processes, culture, and operations before taking full ownership of a
$10 million residential HVAC and Plumbing business.

What You'll DoDuring the Transition- Partner directly with the current General Manager to learn all aspects of the business.
- Build relationships with employees, managers, and key customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of company operations, financials, and culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
After Transition- Assume full responsibility for the daily operations of the Tucson branch.
- Lead HVAC, Plumbing, Customer Service, Dispatch, Sales, and Installation teams.
- Own the branch P&L and drive revenue, profitability, and EBITDA growth.
- Develop department managers through coaching, accountability, and leadership.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including:
- Revenue
- Gross Margin
- EBITDA
- Average Ticket
- Membership Growth
- Close Rates
- Customer Satisfaction
- Employee Retention
- Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
- Partner with recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications- 5+ years of General Manager or senior operational leadership experience within the residential home services industry.
- Experience managing a $5-6 million or larger HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or multi-trade home service operation.
- Strong understanding of residential service, sales, installation, dispatch, and customer service operations.
- Proven experience managing a branch P&L and improving profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop managers and field leaders.
- Experience driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred.
