General Manager position WeDriveU, Inc. in Charlotte, NC.

DUTIES:

i. Responsible for providing leadership in all aspects of the company's various commute alternative programs.

ii. Manage direct reports, including Area General Manager/Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Safety, and is responsible for total oversight of their respective programs from a strategic and support position.

iii. Focus on people management and processes ensuring that their operations is running at the highest level.

iv. Travel to other U.S. sites and corporate headquarters, approximately 2% of the time.

v. Hire and train General Managers (GM) and Account Managers (AM) in the region to meet WeDriveU standards and market demands.

vi. Act as a liaison between the Corporate office and project managers (PMs)

vii. Review and approve monthly invoices for accounts and/or other full-time programs, if applicable

viii. Provide functional leadership on projects, assuming overall responsibility for implementation success, and ongoing operations

ix. Communicate operations status proactively to the company's senior leadership team.

x. Develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

xi. Set strategic operational goals and KPIs

xii. Develop and lead direct reports and other operational support staff to perform at their highest level.

xiii. Train and hold managers accountable to company vision and mission.

xiv. Visit current and prospective operating locations to conduct audits on performance and meet with stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Transportation Planning, or a related field, plus five (5) years of relevant experience. * Domestic travel up to 2%.
