Ross Downing Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mobile is looking for a General Manager/Leader immediately. Ideal candidates would have F&I experience and cross desk experience for both new and used, as well as fixed operations. Candidates must have management experience, strong closing ability, a great attitude and a HIGH ENERGY personality.
Qualifications:- Dealership management experience required
- Experience with new, pre-owned, and fixed operations
- Must be able to handle dealership staffing
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Strong communication skills
- Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards
- Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity times with a positive attitude
- Planning, organizational and recruiting skills to build a high-performance team
- Self-motivated with a passion to achieve high standards
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Manage the inventory including possibly ordering and dealer trades
