Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning activities.

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure execution of programs at the Exchange.
  • Intervene with military command elements during meetings and planning activities.
  • Develop, train, coach, and mentor managers and associates for future development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Oversees a group of store managers within a geographic region to maintain optimum efficiency and economy of operations based on goals set by region leadership.

Job Qualifications

Ten years of progressive retail management experience and have at least one position as General Manager, Main Store Manager, Chief Region Business Officer, or similar in the last five years.

Associate must obtain General Manager contracting authority within 7 days of assuming this role.

Or

Bachelor's degree and eight years of progressive retail management experience and have at least one position as a General Manager, Main Store Manager, Chief Region Business Office, or similar in the last five years.

Associate must obtain General Manager contracting authority within 7 days of assuming this role.

  • Major Duties

    Intervenes with military command elements which include command meetings (town hall, weekly, staff meetings), real property, master planning and protocol.
    Develops, trains, coaches and mentors managers and associates for future development.
    Performs other duties as assigned.
