General Manager 3, Food to lead our dining operations for potential new business in the region of
Peekskill, New York. About one hour from New York city, Peekskill is nature-focused and offers easy access to the Hudson River waterfront and parks.
What You'll Do- have oversight of daily dining operations;
- deliver high-quality food service;

- develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;

What You Bring- three or more years of previous food service management experience at a director/ general manager level;
- a work history demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to work collaboratively;
- the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
- the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
- working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
