Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of general liability experience for our Uniondale or Albany office.
Requirements:- Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues, communicate regularly with claims professionals, document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently
- Experience in preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice
- Trial experience a plus
Qualifications:- JD from an accredited law school
- Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Hybrid Hours
Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely

The annualized salary range for this position is $135,000 to $170,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
