Job Description

Omnichannel Sales Program Manager

Location: Hybrid inNutely, NJ (In Office 2x per week)
Position Type: Full-Time, Project Based Consultant
Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 6 months with strong chance of extension

Role Overview

Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating Omnichannel Sales workstream, guiding RL personnel to complete assigned deliverables and providing status reporting to Global Portfolio Management and ERP+ Program Management Leads as per governance process.

What You'll Do

Integrated Project Plan
  • Establish a project plan as the source of truth to align vendors and internal teams on deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and quality gates across all phases of the program, strengthening accountability, reducing risk, and enabling predictable multi-vendor delivery.
  • Maintain the critical path, dependencies, and milestone integrity.
  • Ensure sequencing of work across business activities, functional, technical, data, testing, cutover teams.
  • Drive planning across internal teams, System Integration (SI) partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Identify critical path, stage gates, cross functional dependencies

Cross Functional Orchestration & Delivery Management
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across business, IT, and vendors.
  • Oversee all deliverables across project phases, and ensure business, functional, and technical teams stay aligned.
  • Drive cross-vendor and cross-functional coordination to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage cross system dependencies between SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Break down silos and ensure end-to-end process alignment across teams.
  • Maintain repository of artifacts and ensure timely quality deliverables

RAIDD Log Management
  • Maintain the RAIDD (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies) log and ensure timely updates and accuracy and escalate timely as needed.
  • Drive proactive risk, issue, and dependency management

Change Management & Communications
  • Partner with Change Management team to ensure impacts are identified and planned for delivery.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and support adoption across teams

Weekly Program Status Reporting
  • Prepare weekly status reports to communicate project updates for meetings such as Steering Committee and Extended Leadership meetings.
  • Communicate status of deliverables during project stand ups / huddles etc.

Cutover, Go Live & Hypercare Leadership
  • Own the cutover strategy and integrated cutover plan in partnership with Ralph Lauren leadership and delivery teams.
  • Lead go-live readiness assessment and facilitate go/no-go decisions.
  • Support alignment across business, IT, and vendors for go-live.
  • Oversee hypercare, stabilization and support transition to operations


What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale enterprise transformations
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple vendors
  • Strong experience with ERP implementations (SAP experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage integrated project plans, dependencies, and risk frameworks
  • Experience working across business and technology teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and delivery quality


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in omnichannel retail or customer experience transformation
  • Experience coordinating across system integrators and third-party vendors
  • Familiarity with large transformation programs or global operating models

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $105/hr to $130/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
