Job Description

This is a hybrid role open to candidates within a commutable distance of the Slalom Miami office. The position requires onsite presence with clients or at a Slalom office 3-4 days per week, and/or travel across the Florida market up to 50%, depending on client needs.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and Slalom delivery standards.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with clients and internal teams, supporting modernization and transformation efforts.
  • Drive project execution by coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and guiding teams through agile ceremonies and delivery governance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders) to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, aligning priorities and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Apply agile methodologies to accelerate delivery, foster collaboration, and adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, automation) to improve delivery speed, quality, and decision-making.
  • Support business development efforts through scoping, estimation, and contributing to proposals, with opportunities to expand existing work.
  • Mentor consultants and project managers while contributing to the evolution of Slalom's delivery practices and methodologies

What You'll Bring
  • Strong delivery leadership experience in consulting environments, leading large, complex programs across project, product, and program management with accountability for successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, enterprise technology initiatives within Healthcare and Travel & Hospitality, with clear impact on business outcomes and client value.
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts (software, cloud, data, and AI) into clear business value, partnering with engineering to shape scalable solutions, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full SDLC, delivering solutions across data, infrastructure, and application layers on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including cloud optimization efforts.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, program and project delivery, and solutioning within consulting or enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of agile delivery methodologies and project governance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with accountability for delivery outcomes and client experience.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline delivery workflows and enhance team productivity.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business audiences.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Principal is $135,000 to $165,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
