Job Description

This is a hybrid role open to candidates within a commutable distance of the West Palm Beach/Jupiter, Florida area. The position requires on-site presence with the client 4 days per week. Future travel could be required, up to 50%.

What You'll Do
  • Lead complex, high-impact client initiatives across industries, aligning work to business goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Define project scope, delivery approach, timelines, and success metrics, and lead engagements from inception through completion.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders) to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions.
  • Drive project execution by leading delivery plans, coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring utilization and profitability targets are met.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to shape direction and maintain alignment.
  • Apply agile methodologies to accelerate delivery, foster collaboration, and adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, generative AI) to enhance delivery speed, quality, and decision-making.
  • Support the sales lifecycle by scoping opportunities, shaping delivery approaches, contributing to proposals, and helping sell delivery capabilities and outcomes.
  • Mentor consultants and delivery leads while contributing to the growth of Slalom's delivery frameworks and practices.


What You'll Bring
  • Strong delivery leadership experience in consulting environments, overseeing large, complex programs across project, product, and program management.
  • Track record of delivering complex, enterprise technology initiatives in Energy/Utilities, with accountability for business outcomes and client impact.
  • Proven ability to sell and lead professional services engagements, including shaping solutions, driving pursuits, and influencing executive decision-makers throughout the deal cycle.
  • Demonstrated success owning or contributing to revenue targets through client relationship development, solutioning, and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts (software, cloud, data, and AI) into clear business value for executive stakeholders; partner with engineering to define scalable roadmaps and drive measurable results.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, automation) within delivery to improve efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full SDLC, delivering solutions across data, infrastructure, and application layers on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including cloud cost optimization strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of delivery frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Lean, PMBOK) with the ability to apply them pragmatically across diverse client environments.
  • Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams with accountability for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance (revenue, utilization, margin).
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to align stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, manage risk, and drive decisions across complex organizations.
  • Experience managing engagements across a range of contractual structures.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the targeted base salary pay range for a Senior Principal is $155,000 to $193,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
