Who You'll Work With

As a Director within our Cloud-Build capability in the Americas, you will operate as part of a broader go-to-market leadership network. The role drives sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization, supporting clients as they build, scale, and operate digital products and platforms. A requirement of this role is residency within Calgary as well as travel across Canada.

Job Title: Director, GTM - Product Engineering & Cloud (Canada)

What You'll Do

This role will align regional or country-wide Capability strategies with market needs by acting as a subject matter expert and thought leader. You will collaborate closely with clients and industry partners to identify opportunities. Additionally, you will support and develop a go-to-market team, contribute to delivery through billable roles with specific utilization targets, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue goals and address capability challenges.

Capability Vision and Strategy
  • Tailors regional or country-wide capability strategy to market needs.
  • Ensures our Product Engineering and Cloud capabilities align with desired client outcomes.

Delivery Management
  • Engages in billable client delivery roles, ensuring high-quality outcomes in product engineering and cloud modernization

Go to Market Approach
  • Ignites awareness and demand for Product Engineering and Cloud offerings through campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops, and POCs.
  • Builds and sustains relationships across target and active client portfolios in your market.
  • Creates demand by proactively seeking speaking opportunities within the geographic Market as a Capability SME and thought leader at external conferences and events.

Business Development and Sales
  • Partners with client and sales leaders to identify technology-led opportunities, acting as the Solution Lead or Subject Matter Expert during pursuits.
  • Participates in multi-capability solutioning and outcome-based selling motions with other Go To market leaders.
  • Collaborates on growth projections, driving revenue performance against forecasts and identify capability health challenges, aligning corrective actions as needed.
  • Own the portfolio of sales and revenue of this capability in this market.

Resource Pipeline
  • Participates in hiring, staffing, and workforce planning rhythms for market and or capability teams.

People Development
  • Leads and develops teams through direct and indirect reporting relationships to scale go-to-market impact.
  • Provides performance feedback on Capability team members supporting pursuits and delivery.

Your leadership is inspirational and proactive, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, growth, and market-focused strategic thinking.

Core Expertise:
  • Product Engineering: Extensive experience leading cross-discipline teams (Agile, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevOps, and UX).
  • Cloud & Modern Operations: Experience with modern operations (SRE) and working with top partners like AWS, Microsoft, and Google to co-sell or deliver.
  • Accelerated Engineering with AI: Deep understanding of how Generative AI is evolving the SDLC and maturing technology organizations.
  • Team-Based Delivery at Scale: Experience delivering engineering projects using scale teaming models, including Nearshore and Offshore partners.
  • Product Mindset: Ability to work with customers to shape product strategy, roadmaps, and outcome-based results.
