Schedule: Monday-Friday No Call No Weekends
Compensation: $375,000-$425,000 Base Salary (DOE)
or Percentage of Collections
What You'll Do- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical dermatologic conditions
- Perform comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings
- Perform office-based dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, and other surgical interventions
- Provide cosmetic dermatology services based on your training and interests
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based medicine
- Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and clinical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Participate in continuing education and professional development

Required Qualifications- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Ability to obtain hospital or surgical privileges if applicable

Preferred Qualifications- Experience or interest in cosmetic dermatology
- Fellowship training in procedural or cosmetic dermatology is welcomed but not required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
