Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative, fee-for-service environment.
You will work across two well-established locations with strong patient bases, supported by an experienced team and modern technology. This role is ideal for a provider who is open to coaching, values consistency in patient care, and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a relationship-driven practice.

Practice Overview:- Two office locations with 6 operatories each.

- Weekly meetings and structured onboarding for clinical alignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related care as appropriate.
- Maintain consistency in treatment planning and patient communication.
- Collaborate with hygiene and clinical team members across both locations.
- Maintain high clinical standards and efficient workflows.
Qualifications:- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New Hampshire dental license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
