Full Job Description
Associate Dentist - Framingham Dental Group (Framingham, MA)

Full-Time: Monday - Wednesday & Friday, 1 Saturday per Month Sept-June

$200,000 - $275,000 annually

A Message from Dr. Tutin:

Twenty-one years ago, I found myself wondering what my future in dentistry would look like. I was practicing in a small, three-chair general and family dental office, and while I cared deeply about my patients and the work, I felt like there had to be more opportunity to grow, learn, and build something meaningful.

What I eventually realized was that success in dentistry does not simply appear. It has to be pursued. I reached out to experienced dentists in my area, learned from people who had been where I was, and eventually found a dentist who partnered with me in building the kind of practice I had once only hoped for.

Today, I practice in a seven-chair office with modern technology, a strong patient base, and a clear vision for the future. Now, I am looking to pay that opportunity forward.

We are looking for a dentist who wants more than a standard associate position. The right person may be early in their career or ready for a new chapter, but they should be eager to learn, open to mentorship, committed to clinical excellence, and interested in growing into a long-term leadership role. For the right candidate, there is a potential path toward partnership or ownership.

This is an opportunity to be trained, challenged, supported, and rewarded while learning how to provide care with honesty, integrity, and expertise. We are looking for someone with talent, curiosity, humility, and the desire to build a meaningful future in dentistry.

If you are looking for a place where you can grow clinically, develop as a leader, and be part of a practice with long-term opportunity, we would be excited to meet you.

The Opportunity

Are you a patient-focused Associate Dentist who values trust, teamwork and clinical excellence? Join a supportive, high-performing team in a modern, fully digital environment.

Here you'll enjoy the autonomy of private practice, supported by the operational, educational and mentorship resources of SDM. Our clinicians are encouraged to grow their skills, expand their capabilities and build long-term, rewarding careers with us.

Your Impact

In this role you will:
  • Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care-with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
  • Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
  • Leverage digital tools such as Cerec and Prime Scan to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
  • Engage in continuing professional development through SDM's clinician network and learning resources.
  • Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.

How We Support You

  • Competitive compensation: Strong daily guarantee plus percentage of collections.
  • Professional growth: Support for ongoing learning and skill development within the practice
  • Continuing education: Generous CE allowance and mentorship through SDM's clinical network.
  • Comprehensive benefits*: Medical, vision, dental allowance, life & AD&D insurance, HSA/FSA, 401(k), malpractice coverage.
  • Modern technology: Fully digital environment featuring innovations like Cerec and Prime Scan, enhancing precision and creating a more seamless, comfortable patient experience.
  • *Subject to eligibility
