Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid California dental license (or in process).
• DEA & CPR certification.
• 1+ years of experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital dentistry (X-rays, CAD/CAM, intraoral scanners) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures (fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures).
• Diagnose and create customized treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Supervise and mentor dental hygienists and assistants.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
• Participate in community outreach and patient engagement initiatives.
