Rodeo Dental and Orthodontics: General Dentist – Laredo, TX

DUTIES: Responsible for providing general dental services, leading dental assistants and other professionals, andparticipate in continuing education events. Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members. Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients. See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population. Participate in Continuing Education events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to buildupon dental skillset. Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect. Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patientpopulation. Interact with other General Practice dentists daily in a professional and cordial manner. Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic. Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic. Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic. Communicate effectively with the office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.

REQUIREMENTS: D.D.S, or foreign equivalent degree. State dental license.

SALARY: $275,000 to $450,000 per year
